Celebrating a Milestone – 15 Years in Business

 
Access Demolition began as a small business in Glen Burnie, MD and since 2003 has grown into a corporation of over 150 employees. September 2018 marks our 15th year in business! When Access Demolition began its incorporation, potential for success in the construction industry seemed like a limitless area for innovation and growth. The owners, Ron Levee and Terrence Levee Sr started Access as a small demolition company and have expanded it to include a range of services. Our team not only excels in providing commercial demolition, asbestos abatement, lead paint removal, and mold remediation, but also exceptional customer service.

“We founded Access Demolition Contracting on family values and will continue to carry on the family tradition for the years to come,” Ron Levee explains.

Preparing for an Exciting Future

As we reflect on the past decade and a half in business, the first thing that comes to mind are the opportunities where we have been able to play a substantial role for our customers. Whether it’s clearing the way at the INOVA Hospital in Fairfax, VA, or opening up the HIH-GRC building in Baltimore, MD, our team has completed extensive amounts of projects on time and on budget. We take pride in our reputation of rapid project completion while maintaining an open line of constant communication with our customers to perform the work to their standards and to ours.

We have also expanded to establish a business development team dedicated to increasing our range and areas of services. We currently serve the Mid-Atlantic region including, Maryland, D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware and are striving to increase our presence in many more. Within the past five years, our team has been browsing these states to pick up a new area of service: tear downs. Typically, Access performs interior/exterior renovations, but now has a growing crew of seasoned operators with the strong ability to tear down complete buildings. This has been especially exciting because our business development and marketing teams create personalized media packages for our customers and internet presence depicting the start to finish service, making it appear as if the building wasn’t even there.

“Offering drone footage and day by day photos really help the customer to understand the artistry and precision that our equipment operators take to make sure our job is complete as safe and on budget as possible. We love being able to offer them a media package that our competitors may not be able to offer. We are constantly striving to advance ourselves and stand out from the rest,” Courtney Callahan, Business Development Executive, clarifies.

Besides for our internal growth, we’re expanding our services to include a roll off dumpster service. We will be hauling from our projects to help reduce costs to our clients, as well as hauling for other companies.
