Research Lab – McLean, VA Removed and disposed of a two-story steel framed and concrete decked observation office inside of a functioning research laboratory for Genex Systems. Use of full negative pressure containment to ensure no dust contaminated the air within the facility.
17th St Bank Vault – Washington, DC Existing PNC bank in high end office space located in Northeast Washington, DC. The 10 X 12 vault was 12” thick with 1” steel plate lined interior and roof. Due to space & noise restrictions, all work was performed at night. This vault was constructed on a pedestal area above street level which required additional planning and safety measures to ultimately remove the 7,500lb door.
