Demolition:

• Mobilize manpower & equipment
• Demolish existing structure (2 story – approx. 6200 SF with basement)
• Separate & recycle debris to the fullest extent possible
• Transport & dispose of all debris generated to approved facility 
• Provide hydrant tap & permit for water usage during demolition activities
• Work to be completed in one phase/mobilization
