Multi-million dollar contract to perform structural shoring, selective demolition, lead & asbestos abatement while preserving this historic century old Italian Embassy.

Lead Paint Abatement:

• Project design
• Provide certified & trained lead workers/supervision
• Set up controlled work area by DDOE & EPA regulation
• Remove lead-based paint where identified
• Provide industrial hygienist service
• Provide manifests & closeout documents at completion of project

Asbestos Abatement:

• Project Design
• Provide permits and notifications for abatement work
• Set up containment to DDOE & EPA regulation
• Abate friable & non-friable ACM as identified

Demolition:

• Provide engineer stamped drawings
• Install temporary protection for historic items to remain
• Install new steel structure for stair/elevator openings
• Remove Interior finishes
• Remove existing slabs & stairs
• Remove mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Provide masonry support and demolition for new windows/doors
• Remove concrete pads and footers
• Remove chimneys
• Remove existing window wells
• Saw cut & demo slabs for new underground plumbing
• Provide beam pockets for all new steel
• Core drilling for new MEPs
• Scaffolding
