Demolition:

• Mobilize manpower and equipment 
• Demo & remove ACT ceiling tiles & grids
• Demo & remove carpet, VCT flooring
• Demo & remove non load bearing, GWB wood & metal framed partitions
• Demo & remove doors & frames
• Demo & remove 112 SF of CMU storefront, cutting in 4 window openings 
• Demo & remove 56 SF of CMU storefront, cutting in 1 door opening
