Tease Me Salon – Towson, MD

Access Contracting Group was awarded the opportunity by Whiting-Turner to tear down the existing Tease Me Salon located in Towson, MD.   

Demolition:

• Mobilize manpower and equipment 
• Obtain necessary permits
• Make safe all electrical, plumbing and mechanical lines
• Demolish existing building
• Transport debris to approved landfill/recycling center
• Utilize fire hydrant tap/permit for dust control
• Remove & recycle debris to fullest extent
• Remove & recycle concrete slabs/footers/foundations
• Work to be completed in single phase mobilization
