Terrence co-founded Access Demolition Contracting, Inc with his brother Ron in the early 2000s. It was eventually incorporated in 2003 in Glen Burnie, MD. Terrence has developed Access from a small, 30+ man operation with temporary labor, to a now 150+ man operation with no temporary labor & years of success to show for. Terrence handles daily operations dealing with finance & assists in identifying new business opportunities. He displays business acumen, leadership & networking skills.
