Trevor Herndon



Trevor has 14 years of experience in the demolition industry & 11 years in promoting & managing environmental investigations & remediation projects involving asbestos, lead-based paint, mercury & other hazardous materials with Access Contracting Group. He is responsible for the supervision of resource allocation, coordination of subcontracts, specializing in effectively communicating with project managers to maintain quality standards & regulatory compliance. Trevor has been awarded an extensive number of demolition & environmental projects at the National Institutes of Health. 


Vice President of Environmental, Access Demolition Contracting, Inc., Baltimore, Maryland; 2001 – Current. Responsibilities: Oversee environmental remediation projects dealing primarily with asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint & polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). Performs site visits, submit proposals & elaborate plans projects located at National Institutes of Health. Other responsibilities include holding regular meetings to discuss operational information & procedure updates, research & develop plans specific to hazardous projects, ensure all projects adhere to OSHA regulations, supervise the preservation & development of client relations & compliance with regulatory agencies.
