17th St Bank Vault – Washington, DC Existing PNC bank in high end office space located in Northeast Washington, DC. The 10 X 12 vault was 12” thick with 1” steel plate lined interior and roof. Due to space & noise restrictions, all work was performed at night. Bay Bank Vault – Baltimore, MD Contracted by Bay Bank of Maryland to remove a 50-year-old concrete bank vault. The vault contained 200 SF of asbestos containing floor tile that was abated prior to demolition. We utilized an electric, remote controlled BROKK machine to break the 12” thick reinforced concrete walls and roof. The vault door weighed 7,500lbs and was carefully removed so no damage was caused to the surrounding construction.
