Access Contracting Group was awarded the opportunity to renovate a warehouse in Aberdeen, MD.

Demolition:

• Demolish and remove 110,000 sqft of mezzanine deck that consists of 4″ concrete on metal pan deck
• Demolish and remove mezzanine steel bar joists (associated steel column demolition by others)
• Demolish and remove stairs and railings associated with mezzanine
• Demolish and remove existing office area complete (select walls to remain per plans)
• Chip out existing infill concrete around approximately 133 column bases to facilitate column removal below grade by others
