Aldi – Multiple Locations

Access Demolition has been awarded five Aldi projects, thus far.  Each projects has had a different scope of work, which Access has taken on while finishing on time & within budget.  We would like to thank everyone who has given us the opportunity to work at the following locations:

• Aldi – Clinton, MD – Integrated Properties
• Aldi – Baltimore, MD – Teel Construction
• Aldi – Oxon Hill, MD – Teel Construction
• Aldi – Ashburn, VA – Teel Construction
• Aldi – Merrifield, VA – Teel Construction

Demolition:

• Mobilize manpower & equipment
• Demo & removal of interior gypsum board partition walls
• Remove ACT Ceiling, hanging signage, light fixtures, hardware, doors & frames
• Demo & remove exterior columns, section of brick, concrete bumpers, pillars & entrance tower
• Demo & remove bollards, cart posts, storefront windows & exterior wall & framing
• Demo & remove metal roof edge, roof top equipment & parapet 
• Demo & remove double layer of VCT flooring & existing ceiling system 

Abatement:

• Project Design
• Provide permits and notifications for abatement work
• Set up containment to state & EPA regulation
• Removal of ACM floor tile, plaster walls & ceilings

Saw Cutting:

• Saw cut & removal of 5′ x 87′ slab of asphalt
• Saw cut & remove concrete where indicated for new work
