Access Mold & Fire Restoration was awarded the opportunity to perform mold remediation on multiple units at Jericho in Hyattsville, MD. 

Mold Remediation:

• • Multiple 2000 M air scrubbers with negative pressure set up on multiple floors through out the building  
  • HEPA sandwich technique was used
    • 3 step cleaning process
      • HEPA Vacuum> anti-microbial agent used> HEPA Vacuum
  • Remove & dispose of Hazardous material outlined in IH report
    • Removed affected drywall on multiple units/floors
  • Encapsulation was used when necessary based on IH report
  • Containment was set up on multiple floors in the building 
  • Man lift was used to get trash out of building
