Demolition:

Each location has a different Scope of Work, below is a general list of things we have done. 

• Mobilize manpower & equipment
• Demo & remove storefront doors & windows as indicated
• Demo & remove restrooms, counter tops, floor finishes & signage as indicated
• Demo & remove gypsum board partition walls, doors & frames as indicated
• Demo & remove canopy structure framing & sheathing as indicated 
• Saw cut remove dining room furniture (grind flush with floor slabs)
• Remove existing stone veneer
• Removal of all demo debris
• Salvage items & protection by others
