MegaMart – Gaithersburg, MD

Access Demolition was awarded the opportunity to completely  tear down an existing building in Gaithersburg, MD to make way for a new MegaMart.

Demolition:

• Provide permit for tear down of building
• Provide & install construction fence around building 
• Provide & install 18” Filter Log & inlet protection
• Mobilize manpower & equipment
• Demolish existing two story building, Approx. 24,000 SF
• Separate & recycle debris to fullest extent possible
• Transport all debris generated to approved facilities
• Rough grade existing soils/sub-base to eliminate voids left from foundation removal 
• Maintain cleanliness of site & street 
• Work completed in one phase/mobilization
