100,000 SF interior demolition of the Towson Town Circle shopping center for The Greenbench Companies. All existing interior finishes and existing slab on grade were removed for the renovation and installation of an underground parking structure.

Demolition:

• Mobilize manpower & equipment
• Cut, cap & make safe electrical and water service
• Remove and dispose of stairs, elevators, equipment, escalator, railings, interior partitions, bathrooms, storefront, ceilings & lighting, floor finishes, & column enclosures
• Provide GPR service for slab demolition
• Sawcut and remove slab and interior walls
